They are also capable of recording video and audio.Mob museum was fascinating for everyone....definitely good for all ages and gave an interesting history of Vegas, mobs etc(which we didn't know).

Go later in the day(5ish) so you're already there around nighttime when Fremont Street comes to life with bands, comedy shows etc.

I knew something about mob history but after my visit I knew a lot more. Short videos were interesting, as were the items on display. The Mob Museum is a must-see exhibition everyone who is interested should see.

Staff is wonderful and great at explaining everything.

Note: this is not walk-able from any of the strip hotels-it's in the old downtown Vegas area so an easy Uber ride.

If you're into the law enforcement side, you'll get a chance to read a lot about them, too.

One of the key exhibits is the actual courtroom used in the Kefauver hearings, the first mob-related event to be televised.Las Vegas is currently installing Intellistreet lights to their well-lit city. The wireless, LED lighting, computer-operated lights are not only capable of illuminating streets, they can also play music, interact with pedestrians and are equipped with video screens.Another artifact is an Abercrombie & Fitch leather valise that dates to the 1920s.This valise features a false bottom in which flasks of liquor were once hidden during Prohibition. It features in-depth exhibits about the mob, myths about the mob, and so much more.
